At Edenbrooke Interiors, we take great pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and timeless design of each product we offer. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards of excellence.
We understand that occasionally, a return or exchange may be necessary. The following policy outlines our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds in a way that ensures transparency and care for every client experience.
Returns
We want you to feel completely at home with your Edenbrooke purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

All returns must include proof of purchase or original receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Support Team at orders@edenbrookeinteriors.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for shipping.
Please note:

Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.

We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service, as Edenbrooke Interiors cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If you picked your order up in person, please go back to the pickup location once you have a RAN. There they will process your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

A brief description of the issue

Your order number
Once reviewed and approved, our team will coordinate a repair, replacement, or return at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
All other eligible returns qualify for store credit or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy.
To qualify for a refund:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos and a written explanation of the issue.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Processing & Confirmation
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. Once your return or refund is approved, a confirmation email will be sent.
Store credits are issued electronically and do not expire.
